Empowering Educators: Five Days Training of Trainers Workshop

Ekal Gramothan Foundation (EGF), under the aegis of Ekal Abhiyan, organized a comprehensive 5-Day Training Workshop for Trainers from 20th to 24th September 2025 at GRC Sui. The workshop aimed to strengthen the knowledge, teaching methodologies, and professional confidence of trainers engaged in EGF’s educational and vocational programs.

The training combined theoretical learning, practical demonstrations, and experiential activities, creating a holistic environment for intellectual, physical, and cultural development. Sessions began with morning prayers and concluded with reflective evening assemblies, promoting discipline and spiritual grounding alongside professional growth.

Key sessions covered computer fundamentals, software tools, accounting concepts, GST and wage compliance, and cybersecurity awareness. Trainers also engaged in modules on effective communication, classroom management, and personality development, along with mock teaching and feedback sessions that reinforced hands-on learning.

A highlight of the program was the assessment and evaluation phase, where each participant received individualized feedback, performance insights, and guidance for further improvement. The concluding day focused on planning co-curricular activities, fostering student–trainer collaboration, and celebrating achievements through certificate distribution.

Participants reported high satisfaction with the workshop’s structure and content, appreciating its balance between practical and conceptual learning. Suggestions for extended software sessions and additional case studies will inform future iterations.

The workshop concluded successfully, fulfilling its goal of empowering trainers as agents of quality education and digital literacy. With renewed motivation and enhanced skills, participants are now better equipped to drive impactful learning experiences across Ekal’s centers nationwide.
