5-Day Trainers’ Capacity Building Workshop at GRC Khandoli

A 5-day (20-24 January) Training for Trainers (ToT) Workshop was successfully organized at GRC Khandoli, Jharkhand by Ekal Gramothan Foundation to strengthen trainers’ subject expertise, teaching skills, and overall personality development. The workshop provided a holistic blend of theoretical sessions, practical demonstrations, and interactive group activities, covering key areas such as computer basics, software applications, accounting concepts, GST compliance, cybersecurity awareness, and English communication. Each day followed a structured routine with vandana, physical activities, intellectual discussions, and cultural engagements, promoting all-round growth. Trainers participated in mock teaching, hands-on digital practice, classroom management sessions, and practical assessments, followed by personalized feedback and evaluation. The programme concluded with reflection, planning for co-curricular activities, certificate distribution, and a renewed commitment among trainers to deliver quality education across EGF initiatives.
