EGF Launches Computer Training Lab in Dinanagar
November 28 | Ekal Gramothan Foundation (EGF) inaugurated a Computer Training Lab (CTL) in Dinanagar, West Punjab Division, marking a key step toward rural digital empowerment. The program was presided by Bhaga President Sh. Jagdish Raj Saini Ji and inaugurated by Smt. Jyotsna Singh Ji, PCS, SDM Kalanour, in the presence of dignitaries, local leaders, ex-servicemen, women representatives, and community members.
The event saw the presence of several distinguished guests including Sh. Madhusudan Ji AETC (Madhopur), Sh. Rajiv Agarwal Ji (National General Secretary, BLSP), Smt. Madhuri Agarwal Ji (P6 In-charge), Sh Jarnail Singh Patial Ji (Division Vice President), Sh. Varun Kaushik Ji (Division President).
The event included tributes to Kargil martyrs’ families, cultural performances by children, and a keynote by Division Head Sh. Sunil Thakur Ji, supported by division, bhag, anchal teams and Sanch Pramukh Mangtaram. The ceremony concluded with “Mera Rang De Basanti Chola” and the welfare mantra.
The CTL will provide digital skill training to youth, women, and villagers, enhancing education, employability, and technology access-strengthening EGF’s mission of bridging the digital divide and building self-reliant rural communities.
