GRCs are at the core of Ekal’s approach to empower rural Bharat. Established at the heart of rural and tribal villages, GRCs act as Training-cum-Resource centers i.e. they provide training, resources and initial handholding to the village micro-entrepreneurs. Each GRC serves 100 villages directly and acts as an Ekal Prasikshan Kendra for the whole state.
